Buying a membership does not entitle you to an ownership share in the horse. As such, you will not be entitled to any return should the horses be sold.

All of the horses that are featured in the Habton Racing Club are the property of Habton Racing and are being leased by the club.

Your membership does not entitle you to a share of any prize money earned by the horses in the Habton Racing Club. Membership in the club is NOT an investment and you will not receive any financial return for your membership.

Membership to the Habton Racing Club is for 12 months from the date you join.

Due to the nature of the payment system, we are using, your membership will automatically renew after 12 months. This can be cancelled prior to your membership end date, but please note you will lose access to the members’ area as soon as you cancel.

Membership can be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days after your payment in line with the statutory cooling-off period. After that time we can not offer a refund for any cancelled membership.

Due to the nature of a racing club, we can't guarantee a badge for every member on a race day. In the interest of fairness, we will raffle the badges for each race day after the horse has been declared to run.
