First Runner Is A Winner 〰️

Bollin Neil got 2023 off to the best possible start winning in great style at Catterick. Trying a new trip of 3m 1 1/2f for the first time was an unknown for our 7-year-old. The gamble paid off, however, as Bollin Neil and jockey William Easterby crossed the finish line in first place, beating out the competition by a comfortable margin. It was a great way to start the year with a winner from our first runner. Hopefully it’s a sign of things to come in the new year.

It was a 7th career victory for Bollin Neil, who was bred by Tim and is the third generation of his family to be trained at Habton Grange. He’s one of everyone’s favourites at the yard because of his relaxed, chilled out demeanour. We can’t wait for all of our members to come and meet him when we organise the first of our yard visits.
